Booking Information, Terms and Conditions
ONLINE
There are no online booking fees for Sefton Arts promoted events. Please note events not directly promoted by Sefton Arts may incur a booking fee charge please check before booking.
Sefton Arts venues are now ticketless for online bookers. Please print the email confirmation (as your ticket and proof of purchase) and bring it with you to the event.

IN PERSON
There are no booking fees for over the counter sales.
RESERVATIONS
We no longer reserve tickets for Sefton Arts promoted events.
REFUNDS
Tickets can not be refunded or returned for Sefton Arts promoted events.
EXCHANGES
Tickets will only be exchanged up to 48 hours before an event and must be handed into the Box Office in advance of any exchange taking place. This is applicable to Sefton Arts promoted events only.
OFFERS
Tickets for events must be bought together at the same time for offers to apply.
CONCESSIONS
Apply to senior citizens, full time students, registered unemployed, carers and children under 16. Please bring proof of status.
GROUP BOOKING DISCOUNT
Bookings of 10 or more tickets (booked at the same time) will receive an extra ticket free. This is applicable to Sefton Arts promoted events only.
PLEASE NOTE
Sefton Arts reserves the right to amend the programme due to unforeseen circumstances. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.
ACCESS
Sefton Council is striving to improve disabled access to all of its facilities. Limited wheelchair spaces are available, advanced booking is strongly advised. Please inform Box Office of your requirements when booking. The Fire Authority recommends that wheelchair patrons should remain in their wheelchairs throughout the performance, transfer to ordinary seating is not recommended. Each wheelchair patron should be accompanied by an able-bodied person, who will be expected to assist should an evacuation become necessary.
